My joy of baking started over 50 years ago in the kitchen of my Mom's house. She would encourage me to "Help Her" bake her home-made pies and cakes while my Dad was working the night shift. Years later I took that same love, joy, and passion and created over 21 different hand-made gourmet rum and liqueur cake recipes. They are now enjoyed in homes, country clubs, and fine restaraunts around the country.
