Answers:
1. Our cakes will keep 10 to 14 days unrefrigerated out on the counter. You can refrigerate them for up to 6 months, or freeze them for up to one year! QUICK TIP: Slice the cake into individual serving sizes and wrap each with plastic wrap. Place the wrapped slices in a freezer bag and place in freezer. When you need a quick dessert, take out as many slices as you need, and plate just before serving your meal. They will be thawed and ready to eat when the meal is finished and dessert time arrives!
