We will be happy to take your order, expedite your mailing or do whatever it takes to ensure your satisfaction with the DePree Premium Rum Cakes experience. We are still a small company - that is how we keep the cakes so good - but that means sometimes we might not be there when you call. Rest assured all messages are returned promptly and all cake orders are shipped out as soon as possible.  Most orders are shipped the day or the day after the order is received, however it may take up to 5 days for your order to ship depending on availability.

While we are on the subject of shipping, our policy is:  We ship everything by UPS Ground, which ensures delivery in 7 days or less from the date of shipping.  For this we charge a flat fee of $10.00 for each cake to the same address. We want you to be satisfied, therefore we must note that due to the fragile nature of the Classic Round Bundt Cake, we do recommend shipping of the Baker's Loaves or Mini Bundt Cakes to minimize the possibility of damage.
